90-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

LOHRIZ offers free returns or exchanges within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Email lilingfei06@outlook.com with your order number before returning anything.
• Keep the item and original packaging. A reasonable amount may be used to evaluate the product; empty or substantially consumed products are not eligible unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable, except where required by law.

Free Return Process

After approval, we will provide return instructions. LOHRIZ pays standard return shipping for approved returns. Depending on the return, we may provide a prepaid label or another documented return method. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Approved returns are directed to 508 Sandsprings Dr, La Puente, CA 91746, United States; do not mail a return before receiving approval.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after processing. Exchanges ship at no extra charge, subject to availability. Original expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once shipped, the 90-day return policy applies.
