Shilajit Honey Sticks: Box vs. Single Serve
September 19, 2026 · WangJack
Shopping for shilajit honey sticks? Start with the format, the amount in each stick, and the ingredient label. A box and a single serving can suit different purchasing needs without being different types of honey blend.
What is a shilajit honey stick?
It is an individually packaged honey blend containing shilajit. Formulas vary by brand and may include other ingredients. Read the complete ingredient list rather than assuming that every shilajit honey product has the same composition.
Compare LOHRIZ formats
- Boxed format: 12 individually sealed 20g sticks per box, for 240g total net content. Review the selected pack option when ordering more than one box.
- Single-serve format: an individually sealed 20g stick for customers who prefer to purchase the smaller format.
Compare the Shilajit honey box and the 20g single-serve Shilajit honey stick for current prices and available options.
20g is the blend weight, not the shilajit amount
The weight on a honey stick describes the total contents. It does not mean the stick contains 20g of shilajit. Look for ingredient amounts and directions on the current package. Do not compare products by packet weight alone.
How to compare value
Divide the displayed price by the number of sticks in your selected option. Check whether a promotion changes the number of boxes you receive. Compare one-time and subscription prices separately, and review shipping charges before checkout.
Before using a stick
Read the physical label for ingredients, directions, warnings and date information. Follow those directions; buying a larger pack does not change them. Keep unopened sticks sealed and follow the storage instructions on the package.
Does the format change the expected effects?
Packaging alone does not establish a health benefit or an onset time. This guide compares purchase formats, not medical outcomes. If you have questions about whether the ingredients are suitable for you, discuss the label with a qualified healthcare professional.
